Refund Policy

Registration Fees

All registration fees for conferences and events are subject to the refund terms outlined below. By completing registration, attendees agree to this Refund Policy.

Cancellation by Attendee

• Refund eligibility depends on when the cancellation request is received:
  More than 60 days before the event: Full refund, minus any non-refundable processing fees.
  30–59 days before the event: 50% refund of the registration fee.
  Less than 30 days before the event:No refunds will be issued.
• All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to info@hi-aim.org and will be processed based on the date received.

Ticket Transfers

If an attendee is unable to attend, registrations may be transferred to another individual at no additional cost. Transfer requests must be submitted in writing and include the replacement attendee’s full details.

No-Shows

No refunds or credits will be issued for attendees who do not attend the event without prior cancellation (“no-shows”).

Event Changes or Cancellation

• If the event is postponed, registrations will automatically be valid for the rescheduled date.
• If the event is canceled by the organizer, attendees will receive a full refund of registration fees paid (excluding non-refundable processing fees).
• The organizer is not responsible for additional expenses incurred by attendees, including travel or accommodation costs.

Force Majeure

No refunds will be issued for cancellations or changes caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government regulations, public health emergencies, or acts of terrorism. In such cases, the organizer may offer credits or ticket transfers at its discretion.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed using the original method of payment within [10–14] business days. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
